This week’s mix of the week is brought to you from two very talented DJ’s and Housework residents Shanti Celeste and Gramrcy, and Shanti’s show on NTS radio, recorded towards the tail end of Christmas last year. Recorded from Shanti’s living room in Berlin (as she states early on in the show), this show moves really highlights both DJ’s fantastic selection and mixing ability.
The first few tunes start off quite moody, before bringing the show into a very funky and groovy section expertly only 10 minutes in. As the show progresses further through, you get a true sense that both these DJ’s really love changing the tunes up, and keeping the listener on their toes, and they do so with great skill – keeping the flow going throughout the show as they move between genres and styles effortlessly. This mix can’t help but brighten your day.
